Energy Assessment Certification
Our energy assessment services provide a review of facilities and building services across the organisation's building sites in order to gain an understanding of energy consumption. The assessment will identify opportunities for sustainable savings that will reduce consumption and bring energy performance on site as close to good practice indices as possible.
Our report also include energy use indicators, and we will compare the results against industry benchmark results.
The report will provide recommendations for reducing energy consumption and cost, providing details of potential savings in terms of energy, emissions and monetary values.
Our assessors are fully qualified to provide display energy certificates DECs which are legally required by large public buildings or institutions providing public services. This measures actual energy consumption over a 12 month period and a certification is provided for public awareness.
