Climate Change
Climate change in itself is not bad; with an ever-increasing world population, the extra demands for food and other resources inevitably has an impact on climate. However, disturbing the balance which leads to the effect known as "global warming" is potentially disastrous and could become irreversible if steps are not taken NOW to reverse the ignorant abuse of the planet's fragile infrastructure upon which all forms of life depend.
In simple terms, global warming is an increase in the earth's atmospheric and oceanic temperatures, widely predicted to occur due to an increase in the greenhouse effect resulting especially from pollution.
We can all contribute, via education of others and our own personal efforts, in the fight against damaging climate change.
